After a trip abroad to Lake Garda, where we hired e-bikes, my partner and I decided to look at purchasing two for home. We live in an area of outstanding natural beauty and thought it would be lovely to get back into cycling again. E-bikes make the journey so easy and enjoyable, especially for us now in our early 60’s. I looked on various internet sites to gain information and came across BikeVentures who had great reviews. I contacted Martyn via WhatsApp and he immediately responded and after a further phone call (after us having more thoughts), answered all our questions and concerns. He gave the positives, as well as the negatives, to each brand and model which made our decision making on choice easier. We decided on two Engwe bikes (Engine Pro 3.0 Boost and EP-2 3.0 Boost). We placed the order with Martyn and he kept us fully updated throughout the delivery process. BJS who delivered the bikes were also great, the date they proposed was a day we were not available and it was so easy to change. The bikes were easy to assemble and so far we are totally pleased with our purchases. Overall the Customer Service was excellent - could not fault throughout the whole process from ‘idea to purchase’, to delivery. Customer satisfaction 10/10. We would totally recommend BikeVentures and would certainly not hesitate using Martyn’s services again if/when required.
First off great customer service and after care. The bike I purchased was a ADO air S and it is perfect for my commute to work and casual day rides. Lovely quality bike for the money. If you are thinking about and steady comfortable ride look no further this is so well made and is very clean looking and is easy to fold as space at home is at a premium and being able to chuck it in the car and shoot off on a day trip is perfect.
We are extremely pleased with both our new Hygge Vester and Step folding e-bikes, as well as the excellent service we received from BikeVentures. From our very first communication with Martyn at BikeVentures, the whole process of purchasing our bikes and accessories was incredibly easy and straightforward. We were able to purchase the bikes at a very good price, and Martyn was always quick to answer any questions we had. This made us feel well supported and confident throughout the purchase and delivery process. We did have a slight issue when the adaptors for the suspension seat posts we had ordered were missing from the delivery. However, as soon as we contacted BikeVentures, Edward was quick to get in touch with Hygge, and within a few days the adaptors had arrived. Once again, the communication and customer service were excellent. We are really enjoying getting to know and use our Hygge bikes and have been very impressed with their build quality and overall performance. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in ordering from BikeVentures again. We have been extremely impressed with their communication, support and customer service, and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Hygge e-bike.
Martyn was really helpful in helping me to choose a new Ebike. The one I had was too heavy to carry and I needed to try out a more suitable one. After doing some research I decided to get an Ago air 20 ultra. Luckily for me Bike Ventures is in the same town as me. In May I had to give u p driving because of eye problems. I am 82 but still need to get around so decided to buy an electric bike. I chose the Cyrusher Komodo3 because it looked sturdy and comfortable and was a step through design. I anted to buy from a British supplier and fund Bike Ventures.Martyn was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He kept me informed all through the process.The bike has been fantastic and enables me to get to the shops and doctors. I have added panniers s can do shopping.There are some steep hill round here but they are no problem. I can do over 50mls on a charge. I would recommend this bike and Bike Ventures to anyone young or old. It's a pleasure to ride and they are great to deal with.

My experience with BikeVentures so far has been exceptional. Great communication on WhatsApp, also from the delivery company. I purchased a Cyrusher Flex. This Ebike is based around a duel suspension montain bike. It looks great and is well suited for somebody of my height 5ft 7in with an inseem of around 30in, any bigger you may need a longer seat post although I suspect up to 5ft 10in you may be OK. Gears and brakes work great out of the box and the bike itself needed minimal assembly and was packed extremely well. It will be used every day on all sorts of terrain. Thank you Martyn.

So after viewing website. I decided on a Cyrusher Kommoda Pro Step-through. Actually then my Husband wanted one too, as they looked so good and fitted our needs. Delivery was a few days. However, Martyn phoned me later to say these bikes would need to be Pre ordered. Hopefully 3 weeks. This was July 5th. Finally on 26th August we had news the bikes were being delivered. YAY ! 🙌. I’ve been riding on two wheels my whole life — from BMX bikes as a kid, to scrambler motorbikes & motocross as a teen, and now electric off road bikes for my everyday fun,freedom and fitness. Starting BikeVentures was a natural step — a way to combine my love for riding bikes with a mission to help others find excellent e-bikes without premium price tag. I've also run a product design company since 2009, so i have a deep understanding of products and all things technical. So feel free to ask me anything you like!
