Bought a electric ENGWE bike from Bike Ventures, spoke with Martyn who organised to get the bike delivered, I was notified from the shipping company and update everyday until it arrived a few days later, great service.
The bike is brilliant, extremely well built and very sturdy and very easy to ride and the boost button is great for really steep hills, we bought these bikes for the Motorhome when we are away and I must say they take up little space, best purchase this year. Thanks again Martyn and Bike Ventures.

I ordered my Hygge electric bike via Bike Ventures and Martyn immediately contacted me to keep me updated on delivery. There was quite a delay in the bikes arrival but this was not anything to do with Bike Ventures - delays at Hygge. Martyn keot me advised all the way through until delivery - also calling to check the ike had arrived and i was happy with it - which i am. Great customer service - would thoroughly recommend!

I purchased a Claude butler electric bike. No nonsense extremely helpful and was delivered when promised. Even had a follow up txt to make sure all is going well.
Recently bought a bibe with Martyn through bike venture, Martyn was first class, kept me upto date with everything, when the bike arrived there was a small washer missing, Martyn went above and beyond and had one delivered the next day, can't ask for more than that, if your looking for a new bike, look no further than Martyn and bike adventure, excellent and 5 star from start to finish. And a week after still asking if everything is OK.

After doing some research for a new electric bike, I came across Bike Ventures. Martin gave me a long consultation answering all my questions, finding the most suitable bike. Martin even helped me set up the bike via facetime when it arrived. I can't reccomend Bike Ventures enough.

I was looking for two light weight e-bikes for the back of my motorhome so I contacted Bike Ventures for advice. Martyn was very knowledgeable and was able to talk me through the many options and we settled on 2 carbon fibre Engwe bikes. Martyn kept in touch checking the bikes arrived in good condition. We did have a technical problem connecting one of the bikes to the Engwe app which was eventually solved with Martyn contacting Engwe direct. I am very happy with the help and support from him and it was good to be able to chat to another keen cyclist rather than just ordering from a web site. I would recommend Bike Ventures to anyone in the market for a new bike.
