So after viewing website. I decided on a Cyrusher Kommoda Pro Step-through. Actually then my Husband wanted one too, as they looked so good and fitted our needs. Delivery was a few days. However, Martyn phoned me later to say these bikes would need to be Pre ordered. Hopefully 3 weeks. This was July 5th. Finally on 26th August we had news the bikes were being delivered. YAY ! 🙌. I have to say they were worth the wait. Martyn was on hand to answer every enquiry I had and did so in good time. I can’t fault the service. The only frustration was, Iwould have liked to have known these were on a Pre order basis, but not the end of the world. The bike itself is comfortable to ride with various features. We’ve had a few comments as we’ve been riding along, and lots of head turns lol. So all good. Two happy customers. Thanks Martyn.

Bought a electric ENGWE bike from Bike Ventures, spoke with Martyn who organised to get the bike delivered, I was notified from the shipping company and update everyday until it arrived a few days later, great service.
The bike is brilliant, extremely well built and very sturdy and very easy to ride and the boost button is great for really steep hills, we bought these bikes for the Motorhome when we are away and I must say they take up little space, best purchase this year. Thanks again Martyn and Bike Ventures.

I was looking for two light weight e-bikes for the back of my motorhome so I contacted Bike Ventures for advice. Martyn was very knowledgeable and was able to talk me through the many options and we settled on 2 carbon fibre Engwe bikes. Martyn kept in touch checking the bikes arrived in good condition. We did have a technical problem connecting one of the bikes to the Engwe app which was eventually solved with Martyn contacting Engwe direct. I am very happy with the help and support from him and it was good to be able to chat to another keen cyclist rather than just ordering from a web site.
